Let the ROOTS nourish, ground, and build the Earth element in your body and spirit all winter long. Warming and stimulating chai spices are blended to a spicy perfection with the immune modulating and supporting adaptogens, medicinal fungi, and roots.
This is a strong medicinal blend, that is meant for daily use to support winter wellness and strong immunity. It is not for acute care of winter illnesses, which I generally reccomend working with elderberry, diaphoretics and other immuno-stimulant herbs.

Best cooked for several hours to fully release the medicinal benefits of medicinal roots and fungi. Each serving can be steeped twice.
I reccomend using a small crockpot and letting it slowly infuse over low heat for 4-6 hours. A long steeping or slow decoction in a stove top is fine too.
Herbs arrive whole and should be ground briefly in a spice mill before brewing. This allows for the best flavor from your chai spices.
